Jetion Solar's Jeniüs N-HJT Solar Module Earns Prestigious TÜV SÜD Certification

Recently, Jetion Solar's self-developed Jeniüs N-HJT dual-glass solar module has successfully passed stringent tests conducted by TÜV SÜD, a globally recognized third-party certification and technical services company, and has been awarded the Heterojunction Product Certificate by TÜV SÜD.

TÜV SÜD conducted comprehensive tests on Jetion Solar's HJT modules, adhering to the IEC 61215-1:2021, IEC 61215-1-1:2021, IEC 61215-2:2021, IEC 61730-1:2023, and IEC 61730-2:2023 technical standards issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). These tests encompassed PV module design requirements, material properties, electrical performance, mechanical strength, reliability, and environmental tests. Throughout the testing process, the product demonstrated excellent performance, passing all IEC performance and reliability tests.

As a strong advocate for HJT technology, Jetion Solar achieved the first phase of the 2.4GW high-efficiency HJT cell project in 2023. This project focuses on producing half-cut high-efficiency HJT cells utilizing G12 large-size, thin wafers. The workshop is equipped with an intelligent MES traceability system to ensure chip-level quality traceability and employs AGV trolleys to facilitate intelligent connection of each process, contributing to the establishment of an automated production workshop.

Through continuous industrialization and technological exploration, Jetion Solar has achieved significant milestones in improving HJT efficiency and reducing costs. Notably, the mass production efficiency of the company's main product, 210mm-sized HJT cells, has reached 25.5%, with the efficiency of the champion cell exceeding 26.4%. Additionally, the maximum power of the G12-132 version of HJT modules has achieved a breakthrough of 720W. Addressing a core challenge of HJT technology, Jetion Solar has pursued the automated design and application of ultra-thin wafers, introducing the mass production of 110um wafers. This initiative significantly reduces the amount of silicon material used, thereby reducing the cost of HJT cells.

Dr. Guo Wanwu, Head of Technology R&D at Jetion Solar, expressed gratitude, stating, "We sincerely thank the professional organization TÜV SÜD for their support and recognition of our products, which have undergone reliable verification through these professional evaluations and rigorous tests. Our HJT products exhibit unlimited development potential, offering higher power generation and lower LCOE. Jetion Solar firmly believes that only through technological innovation can we maintain a leading position in the photovoltaic industry. We are committed to collaborating with all parties to explore innovative technologies and sustainable development solutions, promoting the widespread adoption of clean energy and contributing to a better future."
